Developing Status and Trend of Crushing Machines

The majority of these material needs to be crushed, and then we can see that the crushing process plays a significant role in the national economy.

In the crushing process, the consumption of electricity, still and raw materials is extremely huge, for this reason, the energy saving and consumption reduction in this field will produce significant social benefits and economic benefits and have important and profound meaning, so that this task is very urgent.

Under the appealing of the urgent requirement of energy saving and consumption reduction in the crushing engineering field, many kinds of new crushing equipment are researched and developed in recent years and the situation of fierce competition begins to show up. In the competitive tide, many machines that gained considerable fame for a period of time just cannot stand the test of time and quickly retreat from the market. To the contrary, some other kinds of crushing and grinding machines such as cone crusher and highly efficient Raymond mill stand out in the competition and consolidate their position in constant self improvement and upgrading and updating.

Through the development process of the recent crushing and grinding equipment, we can see several characteristics as follows:

(1) The research and development of the crushing equipment accounts for a large proportion, which shows that in the energy saving of crushing process, decreasing the granularity of the crushed products is still the main contradiction. Although the concept of “more crushing and less grinding” has been widely accepted, comprehensively realizing it still has a long way to go.

(3) The powder grinding machines are still dominant by barrel type mills and the development trend is comprehensively making use of modern new technology.

(4) One of the main problems in the ore grinding process is to improve the classifying efficiency. Because the screening efficiency is generally higher than the classifying efficiency, the research and development of new type screen equipment becomes a new hot topic.

(5) Determined by the social and economic demand, super fine mill and classifying equipment begin to show vigorous development momentum.
