The New Development of Large-sized Ore Beneficiation Equipment

With the constant development of economic construction, the market demands for mineral products are increasingly strong. Even the current economy is in recession and the mining market is also influenced and shows unstable situation, on the whole, the exploration and utilization degree of domestic and foreign market on mineral resources show an upward trend, which promotes the quarrying technology and equipment of our country to develop towards large size, automation and energy conservancy, but put up with higher requirement for the large-sized ore beneficiation equipment and technical advancement. If the global economy is in an inevitable adjustment period, the mining market is seeking stability in the economic depression, and it will be an excellent opportunity to adjust the structure of mining industry, strengthen the mining equipment and promote innovation and technical progress.

The increasing development trend of mineral resources makes the dilution of mineral resources inevitable; plus the increasing decrease of the amount of easy-separated ores, the ore beneficiation technology is facing the situation of “lean, fine and miscellaneous”. To reverse this awkward situation and reduce the ore beneficiation cost and improve the ore beneficiation quality and efficiency as much as possible, upgrading and improving the automatic system has become the only way for the ore beneficiation equipment manufacturing companies to pursue ore beneficiation quality and efficiency.
